Returns

Wood is a living substance. Even when dried for an extensive amount of time, it can still move, change shape and crack. I air dry all my pieces for a year between rough turning  and finishing. This generally solves the problem of movement or any further cracking.

However, depending on your climate, a piece can still change. If you are unhappy with it, contact me. If it is damaged in shipping, I will discuss a return with you.

I’ll need it returned before issuing a refund.

Exchanges

AS each piece is unique, exchanges are not really possible. If a piece is damaged in shipping, and i have a similar piece in the same species of wood, we can discuss an exchange.
